I think everyone has to be honest matey, its been a couple of years since A&B last blessed Passion. I know for December MORPH & Van Eyeden are possibilities but I would of thought that they will be joined by somebody else in main room too.

Am liking the idea of Thomas Bronzwaer bashing some full on trance out... tht guys real talented with making awesome tracks.

Anyways only time will tell... Passion never fail to make it a super duper lineup so I'm sure it will be gr8 :D

I too have been wondering this. I don't get to Passion as often now due to being a bit of an old git and my clubbing pals also getting old and having kids, etc, but I have always found nights with the likes of Above and Beyond to be really good.

They are good DJ's in their own right, of course, but because they also drop in some of their own stuff, it adds a different dimension - not just the tunes themselves, but the expectation and anticipation of them too.

I've enjoyed lots of these types of sets, including Rank 1, The Thrillseekers, Cosmic Gate, Oceanlab Live Set, etc.

I'm pretty sure everyone else in the crowd also enjoyed them, so yeah, i'm fully behind the call to get Above and Beyond or similar back to Passion.

Come on Jason and Genix, do your stuff - you know it makes sense!

what were ocean lab like live??? Didn't Jan Johnson do a live act as well?

Oceanlab were superb I thought. They had a stage set up in the middle of the crowd, to the left as you were standing on the steps at the back facing the DJ booth.

They started with Beautiful Together, played Clear Blue Water and possibly something else and then finished with Satellite, if my memory serves me correctly. Brilliant.

I think Jan Johnson did do something, but I can't recall that very clearly.

Happy days - but hopefully no reason it can't be done again. It would be great, especially for the new generation of Passion faithful, to see some of this sort of stuff again.

I'd been wondering about this too, their set at Gatecrasher Nottingham was outstanding, it would be incredible to see them at Passion.

And I'd be happy paying £30+ for a ticket! :D

i agree... would love to see Sander van Doorn and Sied van Riel @ passion as well. SVD is my hero!
